Happy Tails MK offers a free initial, no obligation, consultation. The purpose of this visit is to meet you and your pet(s), to record information about their care, temperament and dietary requirements and find out about emergency contact details should we need to get in touch with you while you are away.

We are happy to administer medication (including injections) and will prepare special food if required. This meeting is also an opportunity for us to inform you about the other services we can offer such as the home security check to ensure your house appears lived in while you are not there.

Should you wish to make a booking, we will collect a set of keys and ask you to sign our service agreement to confirm services and dates. While you are away, we are happy to receive calls or text messages to reassure you that everything is fine.

On your return, please drop us a line and we will bring back your key - full payment will be required at this point. Please also feel free to give us feedback so that we know you are fully satisfied with the service provided.
