Happy Tails MK is a family run business which was established in 2004. It has now built up an extensive and happy customer base. Our commitment to providing the very best care for your pet(s) is imperative. Having experienced both young and old pets of our own we are used to the challenges that can come with the different age groups and would like to be able to help you with yours.

Whether you require a one-off booking or regular visits then the reliable, personal and flexible approach that Happy Tails MK offers is the reason why other customers, and hopefully you, choose to use us. We are dedicated to providing the very best care for your pet(s) and guarantee that each animal will be treated as an individual and with the compassion and understanding that it deserves.

Happy Tails MK will take your dogs for as many walks as you require, make a fuss of your cats, give your animals play time, feed them (taking into account any special dietary needs), clean small animal cages, administer basic medication (including injections) and follow any specified routines. Please note that we are insured up to £2 million and have been police checked for your peace of mind.

As this is a family run business we take immense care in ensuring that standards and values are upheld, as it is our reputation that is on the line. Please be reassured that:

Your privacy will always be respected

We will always clean up after your pet to the best of our ability

We will remain in rooms that are required to care for your pet(s) as specified by you and will not enter other areas of your home

We will never bring anyone with us unless your permission has been previously sought

We will never answer your telephone - if you need to contact us, call our land line or mobile number

We do not practice physical corrections for negative behaviour, this means we will never hit or punish animals

We make every effort to be at your home within 30 minutes of requested visit time, however, on occasions this may not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergency vet visits, pet clean ups etc
